We ensure the convening and holding of general meetings, preparation of documentation and representation at the general meetings, approval of company's accounts, publication and filing of documents at the Commercial Register, preparation of management contracts (e.g. contracts on the performance of the executive function), updating of entries in the Commercial Register, etc.
