Claims enforcement

If the debtor does not fulfil his/her debt or otherwise does not cooperate with the creditor, it is often necessary to proceed to debt enforcement. This activity consists primarily in assessing the enforceability of the claim (quality of the documents, legitimacy, statute of limitations, etc.), communicating with the debtor, filing a pre-action notice and representing the creditor in court to obtain an enforcement order.
