Negotiation and mediation

When a dispute arises or is imminent, we recommend and try, if possible, to avoid court proceedings and to find an amicable alternative for the dispute. Within this framework, we use the mediation. Often the emerging dispute is thus resolved by way of a settlement or another available alternative.
