Divorce

Probably few people enter into a marriage with the idea that the union will ever end in divorce. Yet long-term statistics show that approximately one in two marriages end in divorce and that the average duration of a marriage is only 13 years.

In the divorce proceedings, we emphasize the importance of the facts and the communication. When possible, we seek a compromise solution, which is always a more effective outcome in the long run. In particular, we do so in cases where the divorce also involves the custody of minor children, as we consider their interests to be dominant.
