Termination of employment

It is a common part of our work to prepare various forms of termination of employment. In practice, of course, there are also situations where the termination of employment is not positively accepted by either party. That is why it is necessary to proceed carefully and with experience in this area, so that the possible negative consequences of a defective procedure can be avoided. Proper formulation of the reasons for termination or immediate termination by the employer is essential, as are the procedures preceding the termination of the employment relationship.
