Termination of Lease Agreement

The rules for termination of the lease agreement are mainly governed by the terms agreed in the contract. A qualified review of the termination terms is therefore essential for both parties. Particular attention should be paid to the definition of termination and to the conditions under which the contract may be terminated. The condition in which the premises are to be returned at the end of the lease should also be properly addressed (in particular, the question of the investments made in the leased premises).
