Jan Kletenský (1990) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague in 2015. In 2022, he obtained a postgraduate professional degree of LL.M. in data protection and intellectual property law.
His legal practice focuses primarily on commercial and corporate law, including advisory services in corporate restructuring and crisis management, franchise law and legal project management, providing comprehensive legal support to investors, developers and management teams. His practice also encompasses real estate law — from transactional documentation and due diligence to security instruments and legal support for real estate transactions. In the area of personal and family law, he handles civil litigation, family law and matrimonial property matters, as well as data protection and GDPR compliance for both individuals and businesses.
