Jan Kletenský (1990) graduated from Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2015. In 2022, he earned a postgraduate degree LL.M. in personal data protection and intellectual property law. During his pre-graduate studies and consequently in the course of his practice, he worked in a renowned Prague law firm under leadership of Eliska BARTHELEMY. Jan concentrates on civil law, commercial and corporate law, family law incl. matrimonial property law and protection of personal data. He also specializes in the field of copyright and advertising lawS.
Jan is also a performer and co-author of musical accompaniments to theatre productions of the famous theatre company Cirk La Putyka.
